Telepathy


Telepathy is a psychic phenomena by mind-to-mind communication. Such communication includes thoughts, ideas, feelings, sensations and mental images. Telepathic descriptions are universally found in writings and oral lore.

Telepathy seems to be related to the individual's emotional state. This is true of both the sender and receiver

Telepathy can be induced in the dream state. It appears to be related to some biological factors: blood volume changes during telepathic sending, and electroencephalogram monitoring show that the brain waves of the recipient change to match those of the sender

Telepathy is the direct transference of thought from one person (sender) to another person (receiver) without using normal sensory channels. The ability to communicate on another level than verbal and written - you communicate using only your mind. It's sending and receiving thoughts. transfer of physical, emotional or mental energy,and or a combination of these energies, from one living being to another without physical contact. Telepathy is instinctual. Primitive species used it as a survival mechanism. It involves mind to mind contact communication - beyond the use of the five physical senses - sight, hearing, touch, taste, smell.

How to develop Telepathy

everybody has latent telepathic abilities and it is a matter of remembering and accessing those to lean telepathy try and practice telepathic exercises it is important to know how to clear your mind, how to center yourself and how to concentrate on being in the moment

meditation techniques can help to focus one's presence

Learn Telepathy Exercise using Colour

get 5 different coloured objects ready (the same object but 5 different colours, e.g. coloured pens, rubber bands,sweets,sheets of paper etc.)

Be present in this moment

Center yourself

Feel yourself to be truly "here" and "now" present

Still your mind

Do not think of any other place. Do not think of the past or the future

Do not think of anything

( this is the hardest part of learn telepathy, to still the mind - meditation can be a good telepathy exercise in preparation for transmitting telepathic signals)

Sit down with another person

Choose one person to "send" and the other to "receive".


The person who sends (Sender) chooses a color in their mind.

Sender then 'send' this color to the mind of the other person beginning the sending by speaking the work"begin"

Receiver then tries to connect with senders mind to see if they can pick up what is being telepathically send


the receiver might then say a colour - maybe red

sender then says one of two things "yes" if the colour was correct

and then choose another and says "begin" to send another colour or the same one again.

If the correct colour was not picked up by the receiver the sender simply says "no" and keeps transmitting the same colour thereby the receiver keeps trying to read the transmitted colour..

Start with doing this exercise for five minutes increasing it to ten minutes when comfortable

Take a break and then complete the same telepathy exercises with the roles of sender and receiver reversed.
